Activity 1: Create the worksheet given below and calculate the Total marks using the auto sum function. Perform conditional formatting on a data subset using green colored text with blue fill.

Activity 2: Create a student mark list of at least 10 students and five subjects. Highlight the marks of the students who got marks greater than 80 with green colored text with blue fill. Save the worksheet as Marks_ {your name}.

Activity 3: Create the worksheet given below, keeping your cursor on any row/column, try all the options of Hide/unhide rows/columns and Freeze/unfreeze rows/columns. Save the worksheet as expenses_   {yourname}.

Activity 4: Create the worksheet given below. Calculate the closing balance. Add 10 more items to the list and set page breaks for printing. Move page breaks if contents do not fit onto one page . Save this file to be used in the following exercise with the name items_ {yourname}.


Activity 5: Reopen the worksheet to set print area, page layout, margins and view the document using print preview .


Activity 6: Create one worksheets named as Marks_ {your name} and other expenses_{your name} . Using the commands in the Window group on the View menu, tile the two windows, and then arrange them in Cascade and Cascade and horizontally options.


Activity 7: Create a chart (bar chart, line chart and pie charts) of worksheet using the data given below and also add ranges in them.

Activity 8: Create a worksheet with the data given below. Create totals. Calculate percentages. Use this to sort data subject wise and also rank-wise and also filter it using above 70.Save this file as Student_{your name}.

Activity 9: Create 2 worksheets populated with subject and marks for 1st and 2nd terms. Create another worksheet called Average and calculate the average of marks for all Subjects.  Calculate across worksheets and Link cells to make calculations across workbooks.
Activity 10: Create a presentation (10-12 slides) on any one of the following topics
1. School Annual Day function or
2. Sports Day.
